Q: How do I become a delegate for my chapter?
Let your chapter regent know that you would like to be delegate or an alternate. Delegates and alternates to the Continental Congress shall be elected on or before April 1st.

Q: What is the deadline to submit delegate and alternate names to National?

Q: Assuming all deadlines have been met and I am officially listed as a credentialed delegate/alternate for Continental Congress, must I actually attend Continental Congress in order to still be a voting delegate at the Special Meeting?
No. You need not attend Continental Congress in order to be a voting delegate/alternate at the Special Meeting. However, you must be officially listed as a delegate/alternate for Continental Congress with the Credentials Committee.

Q: As a delegate/alternate, am I able to vote as I see fit?
A delegate is free to vote as she sees fit on questions at the convention, except as her constituent unit may have instructed her in regard to particular matters scheduled for consideration.
