As of July 22, 2026, the total number of chapters that openly support Restoration of the DAR to being a women’s only organization is 150 across 36 states and is made up of two different categories.

The first category is made up of chapters that endorsed one of the three bylaw amendments pursuant to Article XXI, made since 2023 through 2025. We call these Endorsing Chapters.

The second category made up of chapters that have signed a resolution calling for a special meeting pursuant Article VIII, Section 7. We call these Resolute Chapters.

Some chapters overlap meaning they are both Endorsing Chapters and Resolute Chapters and some are either/or.

To date, 119 of the 150 supporting chapters are Resolute Chapters (a subset of the 150). These chapters are from 36 different states.

CHAPTERS ARE NOT COUNTED MORE THAN ONCE. THERE ARE 150 DIFFERENT CHAPTERS THAT SUPPORT A VOTE ON THIS ISSUE.

The numbers continue to grow with each new Resolute Chapter. New chapters are added almost weekly, if not daily.
